We loved our stay! The staff was so friendly, helpful. Great customer services Their breakfast was delightful, coffee was amazing, we had dinner at their restaurant as you can see on the picture below it was great The chef’s food was spectacular We will definitely going back !

It was nice to see the new hotel building when coming through the city streets. Everything in the hotel was new and shining clean, quite a contrast to the city in general. The location was quite central and not very far away from the bridge coming from Brazil. There were a number of Asian restaurants, currency exchange offices and a supermarket closeby. The breakfast was quite good with artesanal bread, cheese, cold cuts, fresh fruit and some warm options. The front desk spoke enough English to handle check-in and check-out, but misunderstood my questions about the city: e.g. my question about the possibility of using Brazilian reals in Ciudad del Este was answered with the location of the currency exchange offices (it turned out that Brazilian currency was widely accepted). The only negative was that no complimentary bottled water was provided. There were always taxis waiting in front of the hotel, but they knew they can try overcharging hotel guests. By walking two minutes north to the next intersection taxi prices went down by 50%.

Fui com meu marido, minha mãe e os dois filhos pequenos, e tenho que dizer que fomos atendidos com muita excelência, atenção e carinho por TODOS os funcionários. QUartos super espaçosos e limpos, moveis muito bem conservados, decoração bem legal, café da manhã, almoço e janta saborosos, e possui uma brinquedoteca do outro lado da rua com um espaço incrível para crianças. Só tenho a agradecer e já estou planejando a próxima ida. O único inconveniente é a distância do centro da cidade.
