For being a first timer the staff @ the front desk office was un professional. Weren’t organize & seem like they didn’t care. I didn’t receive the membership discount & was aware they where going to fix it when checking out which never happened..all they can do is give a discount for the next visit but having all the issue Im still thinking about it the room wasn’t clean at all specially the toilet seem like they forgot to scrub it & they forgot to put towels in too .. Idk very disappointed & the floor were dirty too maybe I got a room that was clean in a hurry to just book me in 🤷🏽‍♀️ & the mattress was super hard I woke up kinda sore 😫

I have been to this hotel several times and I always like to be clean, it is very good service, they are very friendly, the parking lot is very safe and they make sure that everyone was going to do the Covid tests.

Excellent hotel, clean, decorated with very good taste beautiful the service from the waiters is very slow too slow it seems that everyone enters a computer and takes too long I ordered a few beers and it took 15 minutes to bring it to me and there was no one but us In the dining room the waiter forgot twice that we had asked for beer when we went out to the balcony in our room we did not notice pigeon droppings on the balcony floor and we dirty our room so they should do something with the pigeons also in the access to the beach you can not ask if we could pass in some way and they told us that on the side of the hotel but all the security said that there was no access finally a person let us pass very kind by the way the other day in the morning I went down to ask for a coffee and there was no change with the 200 peso bill that I gave them and it took them 10 minutes to give me a coffee and 10 minutes to get a change of the ticket. rto they could never change and I had to pay with a card the hotel in general is beautiful but the service in our experience was very bad but I do recommend it The hotel itself is very nice but does not have access to the beach

It is a executive type hotel, to my experience, but excellent for middle groups. But it is very careful, and good staff treatment. You are careful quickly. The rooms are of good size. The staff that was in charge were friendly and service, without any problem.

We were in the Valle de Guadalupe recording a Slow Baja podcast with Javier Plascencia at Finca Altozano, and he mentioned that lobster season had just opened. We decided to drive to Puerto Nuevo for dinner that night and wanted to stay someplace a little closer to there. A quick look online and we found a great rate for the Hotel Hacienda Bajamar. I'm not a golfer so had never thought about staying at the Bajamar. The room looked large and clean -and we appreciated the free drink upon arrival! The property is huge and well maintained. The room was nice, not opulent, but very nice. The bathroom was well designed and fully-functional. For the price I was pleasantly surprised and are planning to stay there again in February 2021
